When you connect a Google account, Alavnibot asks for your email address, permission to view and edit calendar events (calendar.events), and permission to send mail as you (gmail.send). The sending permission cannot read, search or delete your mail: it can only deliver a message you approved. Alavnibot never requests access to your Gmail mailbox, Drive, contacts, or any other Google data.
Alavnibot stores your Google sign-in token and your email address on a single private server, readable only by the operator's system account. Tokens are never shared with third parties and are never used for advertising or profiling.
The token is used only to create or update calendar events, and to send emails, that you explicitly approve in Telegram. Nothing is created or sent without you tapping a confirmation button.
Tell the bot "disconnect my Google account". The stored token is deleted immediately and revoked with Google. You can also revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Alavnibot's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
